6 months in, and already, we're out. We don't feel safe here, with the neighbors looking directly into our apartment. We had a break-in in our apartment, and it must be from the Grand Reserve itself because it was someone with the Master key to our apartment. My dogs barked at the intruder, and he left. I called to see if they were doing pest-control, or had maintenance in the area, and the front desk lady confirmed that there was none in our building. The front door is a chain lock, but it's easily removed from the person outside. They need a PRIVACY lock, where even someone with the master key CANNOT get in. We DO NOT FEEL SAFE here. We went to look at the apartment complexes across the street, and they told us that there were 3 other families looking at their complex because of break-ins in the last few days!!

Another annoying thing is the fact that they have absolutely NO insulation. We have the bottom floor, and you can HEAR EVERY SINGLE STEP of EVERY SINGLE PERSON upstairs.
