We recently moved in and were very excited to live here until the people in the apartment directly below us banged at our floor if our son so much did a single hop. We understand that we have to be considerate of the people living under us and we are doing the best we can to teach a two year old why he can't run, but this situation was stressful. They blamed our son for running in the kitchen and their light fixture falling because the shaking. Doubtful, since our son is about 30lbs. Eventually we called the office and they told them that unless the noise was from 11pm to 7am, they couldn't complain. We haven't heard anymore from them, but unfortunately the neighbors above our apartment have two children, and they run and jump at all hours and am usually awakened in the morning by them. We feel trapped in between the two floors and are reconsidering moving even after have just moved from another state to live here.
On another note, the insulation is horrible and the walls are cheap. The windows always have condensation on them and if not careful to dry them everyday, mold starts to grow.
I also have a missing package that was delivered to my front door and seems it could have been stolen. The apartment office has no policy of box delivery and it is at your own risk if it is left outside the door. Don't recommend this apartment.

i completely agree with everything this person has to say! we are living in a two bedroom two bath right now, the people below us have called the cops almost every weekend on us because we walk across the floor at night, and when they arent calling the cops they are calling the front office, to complain that I walk across the floor during the day and the man under us works night so he has to sleep during the day.. how is that my problem? Everyone knows if they live in a lower apartment they are going to hear foot steps above you! the funniest part about it is when there was no one in the apartment that we are in, they were complaining about the people next to them.. they are just out to get people in trouble and i wish the front office would realize that! honestly i would NEVER recommed anyone moving into these partments... also its 30 minutes from fort benning.. not 10-15.. just a warning! as soon as our contract is up we are out of here!!!
