We lived there for 15 months. We were quiet and always paid the rent on-time or early. When we moved out, they socked us with charges for carpet replacement, because we did not have time to do a walk-through and take pics (make sure you do that before and after with ANY apartment!). They allowed people to drink beer from glass bottles at poolside. Go somewhere else!

Excuse you... glass is not allowed at the pool and it is clearly posted! The staff cannot possibly watch everyone all the time. They do have their own lives!!! I think it's a great place!
