My husband and I moved down here from Fort Bragg, NC and had to find an apartment quickly. I researched the top apartment communities and this was one of them, so we checked them out and WOW!! We fell in love! The management has always been extremely nice and on top of things. The new manager does a terrific job, but the old manager was just as wonderful. Overall, I feel very safe here--and that says a lot because often times, my husband has to leave due to military-related occurances, and I am here alone raising our infant daughter. There has never been any vandalism, no problems with our neighbors at all, the community is always clean and the gym is fantastic! We have never had the pest control spray our apartments, and have never needed them. I don't know about the ant issue....we live on the second floor and have never seen so much as a spider on the walls.

This review might be hard to believe, but I greatly enjoy living here and want to represent it in the best way possible. I love Greystone. We have never had one problem here and I feel like the rent is definetly worth the safety and spacious floorplans you get to choose from.I am a picky apartment hunter, but I give this place a definite thumbs up! Check it out and see for yourselves!!
