Though the rent is a little high for Columbus, if you make use of the many amenities available at Columbus Park, your stay here will be well worth it! We have lived in the two bedroom apartment for almost one year - very large floorplan witih great closets! Ample parking, even if your neighbors have a few friends over. The pool is beautiful and well maintined, along with the clubhouse, fitness center and tanning beds. The community is very safe, and the entrance and exit gates have always been in working order. Our favorite part about Columbus Park is the management staff. They are always friendly, helpful and responsive. At the time we signed our lease agreement, the water bill was included in monthly rent charge.
