We relocted here from North Carolina. We were happy with the rent since we would be saving $55 a month from our apartment just outside of Raleigh. The office people were friendly enough, but the maintenance team was a bit on the slow side, but always came around eventually. My car was broken into right before Thanksgiving 2004. Nothing was taken, and I guess that can happen anywhere right' When we deciede to buy a house, we had just renewed our lease. They did work with us on this since the renewal had not actully gone into effect. Overall nice community, ok people, and the only noice was from people going up and down stairs and the loud radios from cars.
