Rating of as 5/12/2009 - Even though my partner and I were reported to an outside collection agency due to not paying our final months rent, we still have nothing negative to say about Inverness at all. I just want everyone out there to know, if price is not a factor, you should love it here at Inverness. If we could well afford to live at Inverness, we would definitely return. I miss it already.

Rating as of 1/15/2008 - My partner and I have recently moved into Phase 2 here at Inverness. So far, we are both really enjoying our new place. The fitness center is excellent, the staff are perfect, we have placed a few work orders and the work orders are always done in a timely manner. We recently moved from a terrible apartment community, I hope I am not speaking too soon, but so far, so perfect. What more could we ask for'

Rating as of 12/1/2008 - So far out of every apartment community I have lived in, Inverness tops them all. I have "never" had one issue that could not be resolved while living here. Even though the staff has changed up a bit during my stay here, they are all still very friendly staff and they will go out of their way to help. However, if you are making your decision to live here based on the very nice sparkling pools, choose somewhere else. This is an apartment community, the pools get overly crowded, including guests that do not have pool passes. The strays who do not live in Inverness, who live in walking distance, take advantage of Inverness's pool and jacuzzi in Phase 2. The Phase 2 pool is not very well monitored, nor does anyone ask you for a pool pass. So the strays feel it is an open public pool for them and their friends to come as they please. It's not fair, but it happens. Also many parents allow their children to swim at their own risk, parents usually do not watch their own kids, so their kids may be bothering you while you are trying to enjoy your sun tan or cool down time.

Both, me and my partner have loved our stay here at Inverness. We are kinda sad we have to leave. It really does feel like home. We honestly never wanted to leave, but we are both trying to find something a bit cheaper for our budget. If you don't have an issue with price, you should love it here.
