I have lived at Inverness for almost 2 years and have not encountered any problems! The staff is always very friendly and helpful any time i have a question or a need. The noise level is not a problem. I would recommend Inverness to anybody wanting a nice apartment at a great price with a fabulous all around staff!

Wow! My partner and I recently moved here to Inverness. We live in a townhouse in Phase 2. So far, we are really excited about living here. No issues so far. We recently moved from a terrible apartment community - Brittwood. It was not the staff that made it terrible. It was the neighbors. And there is only so much the staff can do to attempt to stop the complaints from happening. And that just was not enough. So we ended up breaking our 14-month contract in 6 months, due to the neighbors. And we were supposed to pay $1400.00 for breaking the contract early, but we were able to get out of it due to the numerous complaints we had towards our neighbors. So Brittwood staff was very considerate in working with us so we did not have to pay this breaking the contract amount. We were overall satisfied with the staff at Brittwood, just not our neighbors, nor the trash that existed there. We really hope that we have made no regrets in our decision on choosing Inverness as our current residence.
