I would not recommend living here unless you are single or married with no children. The phase II of the complex is full of petty crime. Car s getting broke in to and vandalism of apartment property. The pool in phase II might as well be a public pool because every teenager in the surrounding area will be there in the summer destroying equipment drinking and been loud. Security at the complex is zero!! No cameras, no police and no neighborhood watch, even after I volunteered to do neighborhood watch my self! I was told there were not enough people to do it. My car has been broken in to twice since being here. This caused my car insurance rate to go up because of it. The worst part about this place is all the military that lives, well at least to me parties are going on all the time most of it s a bunch officers being loud. Just don t live here it's nice for the price, but I would rather pay more to have better security. They are in desperate need of a gate or a security guard, anything but they won t do it they would rather pay to fix all the property damage they get every week I guess
