I knew these apartments were old (30 plus years) before I moved in but I didn?t realize exactly how old were until I moved in!! I?ve had major plumbing problems (dirt coming out of faucets), my refrigerator went out, needed a new hot water heater, the floors squeak, the walls are extremely thin so I can hear my neighbors very well. The maintenance staff is incompetant and have broken things in my apartment twice while doing repairs. Located in a good area but The rent is TOO HIGH for these EXTREMELY OLD APARTMENTS!

Yes, our community is 30 years old, which residents are well aware of when they move in. We believe that it is part of our charm that we can offer a place in a great area, well kept, with great neighbors, at a low cost. As of today, we have 31 residents who have lived here for 5 years or more. That is impressive! Clearly they are happy. Occasionally things do need repair, as they would anywhere you live. We have a 24 hour maintenance guarantee for those instances. We repair things correctly or we replace them as needed. We take great pride in making our residents happy. Our residents currently rate us at a 9 (on a scale of 10) for resident satisfaction. |
