After looking at dozens of apartment complexes in Columbus (and living in one real dump for a year), Windsor Village was by far the best deal for the money. Our two-bedroom townhouse has a huge master bedroom, and we have an outdoor storage space and an attic for storing all of our junk.

Yeah, the apartments are old, but most of the townhouses have all-new appliances. In fact, we live in one of the townhouses that hasn't been renovated, and our appliances are still nice and new.

The grounds aren't great... typical pine-straw, but we do have a nice patio and room for flowerpots, a birdfeeder, and hanging baskets out front.

We're in a corner apartment, so there aren't enough parking spots for everyone's cars-- but there's plenty of visitor parking just an extra 20 feet away.

The office staff is great, and they're trying to continue improving things with a new business center and a fitness center. There's only a couple of workout machines, but it's nice to see them trying.

My biggest complaint is that our neigbors aren't very friendly. We don't even know the names of our next-door neighbors.

We are so glad to hear of someone so happy with their experience at Windsor Village. We have added the fitness center, which is now well stocked with cardio, weight training, and flexibility equipment. Our business center is used daily by our residents. They love it! We are also constantly monitoring our parking to ensure all are following the rules. The grounds are being upgraded with new crepe myrtles, daylillies and grasses that will flurish in these shady areas.
