Smokers get to pay twice as much on moveout

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
If you smoke, ALL carpeting and vinyl will be replaced by management without them even looking at it. You will also be charged twice, for painting of the whole apartment whether there is smoke damage or not. You can hear your neighbors very well. Also do not rent a apartment in any corner do to no available parking.
