I lived here on month to month because I liked the location and being close to the expressways, shopping, mall, being 35mns. max from Benning. Just do what I did go on month to month rent and when something better comes along just moved out. Its that easy on month to month rent.Short term is better than long term.Yes, I would recommend Hampton Place Apartments but only for a very short term lease no longer than a short term.
