My family and I moved to Columbus from Michigan and really did not know what to expect from our apartments. Ever since being here, I must say it has been a pretty pleasant experience overall. The grounds are well maintained and well manicured. It is peaceful and most times pretty quiet. The management really cares about the tenants. They have gathering regularly and invite the tenants, with food and an opportunity to mingle with your neighbors. We are moving again but I highly recommend Hampton Place Apartments. The only thing I didn't like and I would warn, be careful when coming in from Milgen Road because cars fly behind you when you're trying to turn into the complex waiting for the gate to open. We are getting ready to move out of state again, but I highly recommend Hampton Place - a pleasant place to live.
