My husband and I lived there for 4 years and although it's not the most modern apartments, they are worth the price. We always had our maintenance problems addressed immediately and courteously. The staff is pretty friendly. The grounds are always maintained to high standards and the entry gate always worked. Of course with all apartments you'll see the occasional roach or ant, but it was rare. They did monthly pest control in our apt. without fail.
