I moved into these apartments because of a safety situation at the apartments that I had been living at, they had gotten broken into and had car break ins too. Well needless to say there has been breakins in two apartments right around me. One of them was right beside me. The apartment office also is not considerate of your privacy also. They gave out information concerning me to someone. I would not refer anyone to these apartments. My apartment flooded two times and they did nothing at the time. My sewage system backed up into my apartment. No one cleans up after there dogs either.

You have to know how to live in a loft. You must know how to provide your own safety.I am an experienced loft resident from California, and I am aware that the people in the south are now accepting loft living as an option to apartment living and know little in how to provide their own safety and protection in the loft. You should consider for safety reasons to take in a roomate someone you know or a family member and go to a hardware store in their home security dept. sections to purchase some security tools for your doors and windows such as window lock clamps, door lock clamps , and a mini alarm systems for when you leave your loft you know you have security set up for yourself to be protected. Also you can used it at night too when you are home also a hidden mini cam hook up to record any crime activities and you have proof to show the policeif or when anything happens. Well hope this help you out some because I`m a current loft resident located where you are now.

I know how you feel. I live here and I hate it. The office people are so inconsiderate. Someone that doesn't live here used the gym, and gave them our apartment number saying they were with us. Management threatened to evict us for leatting someone use their facilities without us accompaining them. Come to find out we didn't know them. Did we get an apology? No. Nothing.
