Enjoyed my time there. Good location, easy access to the River-walk, downtown, shopping and highways. Friendly staff & maintenance crew.
Very pet friendly community, but also a lot of lazy pet owners who does not pick up after their dogs. I don't care how big or small your dog is -dog ---- is dog ----- pick it up!!!
Pool is nice and always packed during the summer.
Nice gym, but wish they would have better hours.
Security gates are really a joke- always broken, and we're not in the best neighborhood...
Hallway lighting is very dim- a bit too dark for comfort.
Poor insulation around windows...my April power bill was over 300.
In spite of all this, it was a cool place to live. Will miss the place.
