To be totally honest... At first I thought the Mill was kinda ghetto... and for a time it was... But, there are this you have to understand when you sign a lease in a complex that does "Low-income" leases. If that bothers you, go elsewhere!!! I , personally would look past that for loft living any day. The floor plans are great and the front office staff rocks! They are under new managment now, and it really shows. A lot of upgrades have been done and old problems corrected. Overall... wonderful!

You should never expect "Ghetto Living" when places offer income based leases. What are you saying, that lower income people are expected to bring drama, pronlems, and a lot of NASTY MESS to the building? HEll NO!!!!!!!!! If the lower income people are the problem then they should have to go or pay fines. ALL RESIDENTS SHOULD BE HELD TO THE SAME STANDARD REGARDLESS OF INCOME. That was a LAME EXCUSE. There are ceratin standards that all people should adhere too. I do not understand how you can say, "there are this you have to understand when you sihn a lease in a complex that does low-income leases". Have you lost your mind. I don't care what your income is - NASTY IS NASTY and should be tolerated or UNDERSTOOD.
