Trashy.... Flat out trash. This is the word I would use to best describe this place. Landlords who don't care, tenants who could care less. Trashy. Dog fecal droppings EVERYWHERE; In the hallways, all over the property, one time someone had gone on a rampage and flung it on the hallway wall & elevator, purposefully ensuring all the buttons were nice and covered so if you tried to get out you were stuck touching it. I am a dog owner myself; but I guess I am the only responsible one who picks up after their dog. Stay cats range all over the place because some bleeding heart animal lovers keep leaving food out. Twice I saw a rabid dog foaming at the mouth just casually walking around. The tenants are a mixture of drug dealers, hustlers & other delinquents who do nothing but hang around the parking lot causing all kinds of trouble... I had to get a car alarm installed. When I first moved in it was nice, there was control, the gym had flat panel TV's (since stolen) the pool was maintained and in control, now it looks like people are swimming instead of bathing. The amount of filth that floats in the pool is absurd. Very possibly because everyone but us have swimsuits... the dress code is gym shorts with boxers hanging out or cutoff jean shorts; a very nice touch to any community. I originally choose this location for its location. BIG MISTAKE. My apartment has flooded twice from less than acquit sprinkler pipes, a toilet over flow. I had a lovely mold growth on the ceiling. One of my favorite delinquent past times is when whom ever pulls the fire alarm at 1-4 am, and it takes anywhere from 15-45 minutes for it to be disabled allowing for a nice nights sleep. The complex is under contract with Knology, which flat out blows... the internet speed is dial-up most of the time you try and use it, cable goes in and out daily. Cell phone reception is zero, which makes you end up more in Knology's back pocket for a land line. The young girls next to me had a german cockroach problem, which very quickly became my problem too; and for "pest control"... they apply a small amount of pesticides under the sink. The list goes on, and this was stuff within my first year. Overall if you want to live in a ---- HOLE, then this is the place for you!!!
