If you ve ever dreamed of living in a crack house this is the place for you. This place is the absolute opposite of what it could be. Someone carved a picture of an ejaculating ----- on the elevator door of building A; is that the managements fault' No, but is been up there for four days now. Let s see how long it stays up there before management deems it inappropriate. The animal feces stories are all true, the roach stories are all true, the fire alarm at 2am, redneck, crack head, drug dealer stories are all true. Example; I was on my way to work at about 5:00am on an extremely cold winters morning and there, shivering in the corner of the elevator was a huge hamster with a sign on it that read Please take good care of me Now I don t know about you, but I found that a bit disturbing. Some may say that I m being over critical or that I m not happy with myself or that I don t know class when I see it; I say to those people NONSENSE .. Crap is crap no matter how you try to disguise it. This place is definitely CRAP!

Just so you know, the main tenants who absolutely hate it here are the ones who have issues living their own life, don't blame Johnston Mill for your own personal issues. Apartment living is just that, "Apartment Living." So you say you want better lofts? Try the 11th Street Lofts. Yeah, they are nicer than Johnston Mill, but you get what you pay for. The 11th Street Lofts are not well affordable whatsoever. Especially, since you are never going to be able to own one of those lofts. They are all well over-priced for what you get. Well, over $1000.00 a month. Yeah, check them out. By the way, these bad reviews here are more than likely from those tenants who actually are to blame for others not liking it here that well. You are probably the one who has those pets that put the feces in the hallway and are too damn lazy to clean it up. Or better yet, let me guess, you are one of those tenants about to be or have already been evicted? That's why you have so many negative things to say here.
