I can't stress enough how awful JML is.
The front office is full of deceitful idiots!
The maintenance people are rude and DON'T DO THEIR JOBS!
One maintenance man in particular rides around in his little golf kart all day scowling at people and running to management as soon as he sees one of the THOUSANDS of flea infested cats walk by your door and tells the office managers that you illegally have pets...
Security is a JOKE I don't see why they even pay to have it. The security gates are almost ALWAYS just left open and no one seems to be worried about ANY of this...
Also, the laundry mat is COMPLETELY pointless! The washers and dryers are so small that you end up spending $20 to get everything clean and I'm afraid to know how much money I have to feed the dryer to get ONE load dry!
The dumpsters are always overflowing and the stray cats hiss at you and freak out when you come to dump your trash.
The "fitness center" would make work-out junkies cry and force overweight renters to STAY HOME because all of the machines are WAYYYYY outdated and over half of them are broken and pretty dangerous!
There are parties every night and with drunk people just running around yelling and going about their business but don't waste your time calling security--they don't do ANYTHING half of them would probably party with you.
And the "riverside view" is just a bunch of tress on a hill covered in trash...
I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!
