I am counting down the days of when it is time for me to move out! (in June 2009) This place is disgusting, loud, and unsafe!
Starting with disgusting: This complex has all cement floors through out the hallways, ppl leave trash, pet urine, and pet feces in the hallways. There is always a smell of smoke or something burning.


Loud: Last night was one of the worst I have ever experienced! I had been busy my self and didn't realize it was 2AM, but when I did, I prepared for bed. By 2:15 I was in bed, my neighbor(s)(there are always a lot ppl coming in and out of this apt I am talking about) had just begun to party! About 2:30 I dozed off, at 3am I was awoken by yelling, screaming, laughing, running up and down halls. As soon as it was quite again, about five-ten I tried to sleep again. Around 4am it became unbearable, and they are right in front of my door! I am a single woman living in this apt alone, I felt I could not have done anything to change the situation. Esp. since there were so many men and woman obv. drunk creating all that nose. I think eventually I was just too exhausted and finally fell asleep, under my pillows and blankets. I awoke this morning around 10am to make a formal compliant to the office. I called the number online and it of course wanted me to leave a message. But there was another option that I had NO IDEA I could have used. There is a courtesy officer line! I could have paged them! ARGH! anyways, it is day now I have a terrible headache and next time this happens I am calling the police, I don't care, with the amount of money I pay and amount of ppl that live here we deserve peace and quiet.



Safety: It is awful here! It is a gated parking lot with front doors that are never locked, anyone can walk the halls if they get in behind another car walking, or driving. The courtesy officer not only takes one of the parking spots, he stands in front of the door with other residents shooting the breeze! He is only there from maybe 9-11pm and it is always the same guy. Doesn't anyone else work here' When he is not there is not anyone else here. I leave early in the morning for work, I always take the stairs, to afraid to get stuck in the elevator or it little hallway with someone. Most of the time if I am staying out late I don't even come home (past 11pm) I stay at my mothers or a friends. There is not an officer in the morning.



Loft living is awful here. I have only been here a few months and I am completely done with this place. There are frequent fire alarms pulled, and I have been outside waiting after a 13hr work day! Not fun! Children run around unsupervised. There are always a couple of creepy guys hanging around the exit doors looking high. Overall this place is terrible. For what I understand the office has been told about all of this, yet nothing is done. If you come from a tour, it looks so nice and everything is so great, when it becomes dark trouble finds this place.
Do NOT live here! Spend your money elsewhere
