I have been living at Johnston Mill Loft Apts for over 3 years now. For the most part it has been a great place to live. There is a little noise but you are sure to expect that anywhere you go as long as their are younger people living there. If this is to much to handle their are plenty of senior citizen homes and nursing homes here in Columbus ready and eager to assist you. Every time I have had to call in a maintenance problem they have always managed to fix it the next day. I have never really had a true problem since I have lived here. The management has changed a few times since I have been here, but definately for the better. Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful especially Chrissy. I read the posted reviews of these apartments before I decided to post mine, and I figured they must have all come from the residents that got evicted for not paying their rent.

I totally 110% agree with this rating. Wow, this person took the words right out of my mouth. And if you are interested in a tour, you should not let these ratings discourage you. Give Johnston Mill a try for yourself. Make sure you call to schedule an appointment. As for Chrissy goes, yeah, she is an awesome lady. And Joyce, well she's just as awesome. Me and my partner have had nothing but great service, so far, I really hope it stays this way. And no, we are not family members of the staff nor are we the office staff. We are just very honest tenants who just happen to like living here. And for all those tenants who are never satisfied living here no matter what, well, don't you think it's about time you start looking elsewhere to live? Maybe Johnston Mill does not want the trash that you have brought here. So, please do Johnston Mill a favor and move out and take your trashy comments with you.

You can say what you will about management... But the trash... lies in the front office.
