I love the loft but I don't like the cockroaches that I see from time to time and I keep the loft spotless. I can't stand my neighbors screaming all the time at her young boys. These walls are thinner then the norm so you do hear everything and the concrete does make the noise worse. But the loft is cool with concrete floors and huge windows. I love the openness, just not the thin walls. The office is great, some neighbors are trash but that's what you get with apartments that give 2 prices for the poor. Maintence is very fast and never a problem. The lofts arent in the nicest part of town at all but its nice to be on the river and right by the riverwalk. Like every place, there are pros and cons. I love loft living but can't stand many residents. Also, there is an officer every night that walks around till 5am. Bars close at 3 so I think his patrol is a good time.

So far I haven't had any problem with neighbors or roaches.
