My sister and I are students at Columbus State University and we love The Lakes! We have a 2BR 2BA, and it's great. The office staff can't be beat, they are always so nice and follow through with what they say they will do. Also, the maintenence staff are very courteous and professional. This is a pretty big complex, but you'd never know it from the service you receive. I have lived in two other apartment complexes in Atlanta, and The Lakes is definitely the best out of the three. The rent may be a little steep for some, but it has been worth every penny. Don't forget, you get what you pay for, and if you are looking for quality apartments, great service, and well-kept grounds, The Lakes is definitely for you!
