The Lakes Apts.
give off a very nice first impression.
The grounds are clean and well maintained and the apts.
are nice, but once you sign the lease everything goes down hill from there.
The management, office personnel, and maintenance crew have got to be the most uncapable and inefficient group of people I have come in contact with while being in GA.
The policies and procedures are not followed.
Rules are never enforced, making the area unsafe for families, and the gym facilities are prehistoric.
Never has my experience in an apartment been so horriffic when dealing with the employees and management.
I would not recommend these apts to anyone, not even an enemy.
There are some very nice apts in the area w/decent staff.
Seek them out.
Whisperwood is awesome!!
