Lived here for nine months w/ family. The staff knew us by name and were always friendly. We only needed maintenance once, and they were prompt and fixed the problem immediately. Getting out of the apt was also easy, and they were very willing to work with me with the unusual military demands. Also, we lived on the ground floor, near the entrance and NEVER had a problem with crime or other mischief. We always felt safe whether husband was home or not. About the complex: pool (too small for laps, but nice for relaxing, no hot tub); exercise room (not Gold's Gym quality, but not bad and always empty); Playgrounds (2 pretty nice ones w/ wood-chip grounds); New security gate that can be obnoxious at times, but is good to have I guess; Tennis courts w/ lights (never used it); Beautiful grounds and nice open apts. Extra storage units and garages are available for more money. We wish we had rented one sooner because we were surprised how much closet space there was in the apt once all our junk was out of there.

Every time I have ever gone to use the gym something is always broken; are we sure we are talking about the same apartments; and you are right the gate is very obnoxious at times because it never stays fixed for more than a day or two.
