I would not recommend moving here at all. I am currently living here. My car was just broken into. When I went to management because the gate had been broken all month they told me the gate was for privacy not security. The next day the gate was fixed. The maintenance is horrible. I have to ask 10 times before I get anything done. After somebody tried to still the rims off my car I talked to my neighbors and not 1 of my neighbors were happy with staying here. One of my neighbors car has been broken into three times. Two of my neighbors told me their apartment was was broken into. I pay way too much money for this. I can live somewhere for half the price and get my car broken into. I do not feel safe here at all. I am a single parent with two children.

I totally agree! They called me cause my car has a flat and they want it towed if I dont get it fixed! Well its my parking spot, I pay to live here and yet they want to tow my car...which isnt bothering anyone! I cant wait to leave!!

The manager will also call Child Services on you if she gets a noise complaint from you. When CDC came to my house to talk to me about the welfare of my children; she told me that she had four other houses to go to in our same apartment complex. She did not tell me who called but I know it was management; because I got a noise complaint and 2 days later Child Services is calling me asking me if my children were home alone all the time; which I told them no they weren't; when they first get home from school they are a little roudy but they soon calm down it was not that serious; even the lady from Child Services told me this call was a waste of her time; she didn't see anything going wrong; but she has to do a follow up on every call she gets. The management is horrible.
