The property is very nice and kept up well. However, every little thing with the office will be a hassle. Parking is a nightmare!!!! I get home late from work, and sometimes have to park six buildings away. For this kind of money, go to Greystone or Sugar Mill.

Not True Comments about the parking totally untrue!not true statements about the office staff ! This person lied to you about Lullwater and they did not get approved to live at Lullwater.

Greystone is nothing compared to Lullwater, Sugarmill is ...uh... there aren't any trees, it's so open and stuck up! Haha. I love Lullwater, and the girls in the office are amazing, so that's just rude to make such a comment about them!! Parking has never been an issue.. I have come home at 2am and there still be a spot open, be it in the next building or not, never farther than that, jeez. LOVE IT HERE!

Ummmm.... No opinions on Lullwater.... but how would you know if this person was approved or not if it was submitted anonymously?
