Lullwater at Maple Ridge

People write bad comments because they cannot get approved in Lullwater at Maple Ridge. If you have any ounce of bad credit you wont get in! If you have a bad criminal background or criminal record you wont get approved in nor will you work for the company. If you have a bad payment rent record you will not get approved in at Lullwater. If you are under section "H" and from the ghetto you wont get approved and pass any access here at Lullwater.People get tried of the stinky mess from people who are lazy and troublemakers. You have to have a perfect record to live here and trust me the office staff will screen your credit record, background record, check for criminal record and your proof of max income all must be approved by the legal law office. This is to keep the scum out who cause trouble ! I am an officier in the military and this place has been great for me and the person who wrote that bad comment about Lullwater really didnt get approved or passed the access trust me on this. They did not get approved to live at Lullwater. You know some people hate when they are rejected and not approved with their horrible bad credits, bad backgrounds, bad payment habits, low incomes, and bad jailed criminal records.Lullwater is a great place and I know for a fact that you have to get approved first !! So again that person who wrote that bad comment really did not know what they were writing about in the first place ! How can you write something when you cannot get pass the access in the first place and not approved!

I would like to add to the previous post. I am relocating to the Columbus area and have been looking for apartments. Due to my military work schedule in New York, my fianc?? had to visit Lullwater on her own. I have to say that the office staff was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and treated her with the utmost respect in my absence. They escorted her around the property and answered all of her questions fully. Not only that, but both of us love the property as well. Of all the properties we viewed, Lullwater definitely stands out above the others.

Everyone that does not get approved for credit is NOT a BAD person. So to you two...You need JESUS. Some people may have bad credit because they tried to help out family and friends and they messed their credit up, etc. You never know someone else's situation. Also it is alot of military men and women w/ Messed up credit. I know a few. As far as criminal records..Thats another story there..... DONT JUDGE. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. You may not be able to get in an apartment community like Lullwater in every city or state.

To 3dee , what does the fact that you stated :Everyone that does not get approved for credit is NOT a BAD person. So to you two...You need JESUS.and :As far as criminal records..Thats another story there..... DONT JUDGE. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. You may not be able to get in an apartment community like Lullwater " I take it from your comments that you are a person who did not get approved and what does everyone needing Jesus has to do with you not getting approved to live in Lullwater? Sorry that you did not get approved for here but maybe it was for the best that you are not living in Lullwater because from your comments made you seem to be a troublesome person who enjoys disturbing others because things did not work out for you . So word of advice dear ,try Chase, Whisperwood. or even Hampton Place as your type would say "its all good there!" I am so very glad that Lullwater keep out the troublemakers.

The person that wrote that stupid comment about bad credit and having a criminal record doesn't know what he's talking about. I know for a fact that my sister has a felony record...did fed time and her credit sucks but they still approved her to live in Lullwater. She's in the 600 building......LOL. So while you're being stuck up and acting snobbish you'd better get to know your neighbors a little better

I like living in Lullwater and "yes" ,like every other apartment community it has its ups and downs, sometimes bad and loud neighbors, sometimes nosey and troublesome neighbors, and the sometimes the "dont bother me neighbors type" which is all fine and dandy with me. Also, there has been a recent stir of changes concerning Lullwater Management Staff shift .Which was problerly due towards personnel staffing I guess not sure .Besides, as far as having bad credit and a criminal record ,and income status, I was screened under the new Lullwater Management for income status, credit rating, as well as for searching to see if I didnt have any criminal record in order to get approve for an apartment.Thankfully , I matched the requirements with my income status, good credit rating , and having no criminal record and I was approved.Sorry, if you were not aproved for an apartment in Lullwater, but its nice to know that the current Lullwater Management does in fact screened potential tenants at Lullwater. This process is necessary to help continue a safe ,peaceful , quiet community. Also, I like not knowning any of my neighbors due to the fact I have my own personal friends and family to enjoy without the unncessary problems that may come with socializing with people in your community. Lullwater is a very nice apartment community.

I find it humorous as I sit here reading the reviews whilst helping my sister with an apartment search and see the petty disputes. The Col. there made some broad statements identifing everyone with "bad credit" and so forth as potential bad neighbors as well as bad people in general. I agree more with 3Dee. There are extenuating circumstances that can negatively effect your credit without you being a "dead-beat" of low-class. My sister HAD good credit before becoming a widow unexpectedly and then she was injured on the job and could not work for several years. Upon settlement of the law-suit she is quite wealthy and ever bit as deserving of anyone else for a fair shot for her and her children to live in a nice area so as to provide a safe environmentfor them as well as an opportunity for my nieces to attend the best schools Columbus has to offer. It is unfair to label all with bad credit as bad people because "life" can happen to the best of us. Should a widow with a disability and three beautiful daughters be forced to live in an unsavory atmosphere such as Whisperwood for things outside of her control? And who are you to make such a decision for another family or to judge their quality as people simply by numbers on a credit report when she can and did pay outright for a luxury car and could afford a house WITHOUT CREDIT, but needs the security of a safe community as well as others to maintain it? I do believe a crimanal background check is in order, but a poor credit rating if you can prove your ability to pay your rent should not be the deciding factor. Perhaps you are not aware of this, but purchases made outright such as the vehicle she bought is not added as a positive to your credit since there is no credit involved. Just let me repeat that a persons value is not equated to a printout by the Credit Bureau.

As for parking, its not a lie, it depends on which bulding you end up in, and how full they are at the time. When we first moved in, parking was terrible, about two months later a bunch of people's lease was up and they moved out, parking was great. That lasted a short period of time and now parking is pretty bad again on the left gate side. They didn't think those garage's through. As for the staff, it also depends on which day it is, as of right now its pretty stable. Most of them are friendly. When i first moved in there was an older lady working who was EXTREMLY rude and unhelpful. Also there were many who were friendly when i was there, but when i would request something, such as bug spray, it would never actually get done. It all depends on who was working at the time, you don't automatically have to assume that these people are lying.
