I am a military Colonel and I `ve been a resident here at Lullwater at Maple Ridge for two years and planning to retire at Lullwater at Maple Ridge as soon as I retire from the military.I like the fact that this place really screens future tenants before leasing.Yes this place is very expensive but worth every dollar spent.
