I like Lullwater at Maple Ridge because it is very nice and peaceful. There is no hoodism permitted in the community what so ever. I like the fact that every thing is well kept up and the Office Staff are great. The Property Manager and the Night Manager are super ! They really manage the property here at Lullwater at Maple Ridge very sufficent. I am a military Major and I am glad that I picked out Lullwater at Maple Ridge . Its very nice . The parking gets hectic on the weekends sometimes but other than that its ok , peaceful, and with high tech security.

What high tech security besides the apt alarm system! The gate is always jammed and sometimes people end up walking home (of course leaving their cars at the office).
