Yes, I would recommend Lullwater because of the great peace and quiet at night and during the day. Also the patrolled by the security service the Night Manager who is a city policeman, good lighting, low crime. We always feel safe.Now for parking it gets hectic on the weekends but other than that its ok. Now neighbors are another thing if you want to be bothered. I heard one confontation between a neighbor who just moved in Lullwater getting cursed out by an old 20 or 30 something troublesome nosey neighbor who is in my opinon is a busy body. Well, at least there is nothing else to say bad but that random situation in Lullwater. Rent is high tho but if you want security and safety from harsh crime you have to pay the dollars. When neighbors disrespect each other and play their rap , hard rock, country, latin, and any other type of music loud then the walls are beyond paper thin like the music played in their cars. We need not to have disrespect for each other because we are living close together . I hate it for anyone having unpleasant experiences with neighbors, property managers, or with anything but for the most part Lullwater is better than some apartments around town and bad neighbors can get evicted out when they interfere with another neighbors`s private rights of living and harrassing them for no reason or for stupid reasons. Well, my wife and I like it here so far and if I have a problem with a neighbor or with repairs believe me I will take it to the property manager and night manager before I move out again.

Dude, I will tell you like the Capt. said about the walls at Lullwater are paper thin plus the rent is way too high. Do like we did shop around to some other aparatments like Chase, SpringCreek, and Greystone Farms.Also, just like the Capt. said in his review about the office staff is true about them being a hassel. Well , its the truth and I am in the military as well and leaving out of Lullwater and going to Greystone Columbus Parks well its good there and very safe with high tech security for your cars to be park with controlled gated access with lots of parking and no problems with paper thin walls. Well, dude , I hope this helps you out before you sign a contract with Lullwater.
