I moved to Columbus for a job opportunity 6 months ago with my husband. We came from a house in the suburbs of Atlanta. Before then, we had lived in two different apartment complexes. We fell in love with Lullwater the moment we toured the property. We almost went with Sugar Mill, but they did not have porches. We chose to live here because: 1) friendly and helpful office staff; 2) spacious apartments - worth the rent; 3) quiet, quiet, quiet neighborhood; 4) beautiful property. We lived in so-called "luxury" apartments in metro Atlanta, and Lullwater beats them hands down. We love to walk our dog on the trail, and have had nice picnics by the lake, which is full of ducks, turtles and frogs. Our neighbors are very quiet. We do hear someone walking around upstairs, but it's like that at any apartment anywhere. Nice apartments, pretty surroundings, and quiet neighbors make all the difference. We feel safe, and love our military neighbors. And to think we almost went to Whisperwood! My coworker who lives there says it's a nightmare. We are so glad we chose to live here, and would recommend it to anyone!

My parents live in Lullwater and its great for them being retired and old and to have some where safe, peaceful,spacious room like you commented , quiet and not being harassed or disturbed by annoying people who like to cause problems and disturbances.In all, my parents like the fact that Lullwater Property Manager removes problems and evict troublesome tenants and I like knowing that my parents are safe.You are right that its the best place to live without any hassels. My parents like you enjoys walking their dog "Skippy" on the trail and they like sitting near the lakes to have lunch without being bothered by neighbors or anyone. Its the freedom they have knowing they are safe without problems from neighbors or urban inner city problems coming near them because Lullwater has one good Night Manager who knows how to remove and solve problems. I am glad that Lullwater works for them.
