I moved Lullwater after doing some research online. It was highly recomended. But it did not mention how many times has the office management has shifted. How the the maintenance staff takes their time in coming to repair and that they enter without giving written notice. The gate is usually busted and remote not operable most of the times. The current manager has no people skills and is very opinioted.
Not to mention how quick these apts. get mold in bathrooms, windows and even the refigerator! YUCK! The wall where the windows are placed have little insulation which creates so much mold during raining or cold season. ALL I NEED TO SAY IS THAT PEOPLE ARE MOVING OUT OF HERE SO QUICK THAT WE ARE GOING TO BE NEXT.

Amen to that. I don't know who you are but we live here too and can't wait until our lease is up in April. We are already looking. When you try to find out who the Corp people are to complain about Brooke they stonewall you and won't give you the info. You are so right she has NO PEOPLE SKILLS. Rumor has it that she got the job because her brother in law is the night security. I guess it is all about who you know.

I thankfully have not had any problems with the manager, but i have to agree with you about the gate, it was down for like...two month straight when we moved in. Its not working more often than it is. We move out in march and i am more than ready.
