I Lived at Lull water for just over a year. The first 11 months I was in a large single bed room then transferred to a two bedroom and got a roommate. I couldn't have asked for anything nicer. The staff in the office are very nice and take care of what ever you ask for. The other tenants are wonderful and super friendly. They have a nice trail that I believe is about 8/10 of a mile around the lake and if you want to go longer you can run though Maple Ridge which turns out to be about 3 miles. Also, they have a cop that lives in the complex and patrols at night. If there were any negatives it would be that the parking can be a problem sometimes. Though I never had to walk to far. Then also some of the bed rooms are next to the stairs and can be noisy if your neighbors don t realize it. I wouldn t have moved except that my company transferred me. When I needed to get out they didn't charge me any thing for breaking my lease since my roommate was taking it over and someone else was taking my spot. Over all it s a A , also great for families. Oh and if you re a golfer they pay your initial membership fee at Maple Ridge so you only have to pay the monthly membership fee which are very reasonable!!!
