Great people to deal with. Really nice.
Had over 30 cockroaches in the apartment, tons of spiders, and a few crickets. Crickets were cute, roaches... No matter what I did, they just kept coming back. Do yourself a favor, do not get a first floor room unless its on the backside making it sort of a second floor, if you see the place you will understand.

Parking is kind of a joke, people park in handicap (but dont have a sticker), in the front striped zone, ya know, so on moving day you got this white or black car just parking smack dab in the front of the place, so movers gotta go around the car and handicap cars usually use this space to allow the person to get their wheelchair out, eh people here dont care.... Of course night manager will say I will look into it, but heck its not like you tell the management your cars license number, so they just say, well we dont know. And the people just continue to park wherever they want. So early to get home means best parking of course :->

No kiddy pool was a downer. Tons of space to BBQ and actually caught tons a catch n release fish in the nice lake.

All n all its a great place here.
