Parking is TERRIBLE. If you get home late, there is NO parking, tenats are forced to park infront of garages, block other cars, park in the handicap parking spot and the wheelchair access area. There have been at least three occasions where someone has banged on my door because the handicap person in my building complained. When we moved in, we gave them the make, model and tag number of all vehicles, they apparently don't look them up, they just bang on everyones door until they find out who's car it is.
The doors are not sealed, you can feel cold coming in and see large cracks of light. It took forever to get someone in to spray for bugs. At move in, iwas told that hte bug man came on thursday every two weeks. He never showed, after six or more times trying to get a bug man in my apartment, i was FINALLY told that he comes ONCE a month, and you have to be on a request paper for him to spray inside. I finally get this information after 10 months and numerous requests.
The "gym" area is a joke, very basic types of equipment and almost all of it is damaged and shoddy looking.
I hear the people blowing the corridors out with teh leaf blower often, but trash and more leaves are blown in than out.
Many tenants let their dogs run without a leash!
In the summer, TONS of teenagers are at the pool at 3 and 4 am. They blast music and leave beer bottles everywhere.
I was at the pool on a weeknight with my roommate, it was about an hour after the pool closed. We had no music going, no alcohol and were not being loud at all. The night manager asked us our apartment number and told us we had to leave or "Face arrest"
I have no idea why the teenagers are not stopped, but two quiet adults, at 11 pm are told that they will be arrested if htey didn't leave immediatly.
The garbage disposal did not work when we moved in and we later had problems with the sinks not draining properly and things of that nature, when i went through the front office it always took a few days, and sometimes a few times of me asking to get someone. I eventually learned to go looking for the maintenance man myself, both of them are very nice and would fix things quickly. They are about the only consistantly good thing about this apartment.
The office does offer free coffee, which is good for when you don't want to make a full pot.

I agree. It's not worth the money. I don't know how many times managers/girls have changed since I moved in 2005. The first one was better than the next one who was better than the next next one etc. etc. I already decided to move out and notified them. Don't ever come here.
