Considering the location, Overlook Crossing is a great place to live. For the most part, pretty quiet. Very affordable; rent only went up once during my stay. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Maintenance could be improved - they have always ended up replacing items they attempted to repair SEVERAL times, which caused inconvenience to me, even though items were obviously on their last legs and DUE to be replaced anyway. But service was quick. They are slowly but surely upgrading fixtures, which is nice. Parking spaces are limited, but well lit. Main office is open until 6, great for renters who work. They also have no problem signing for packages. However, after-hours manager is hard to get a hold of - for noisy/rowdy neighbors, it's best to just call the police.
