I lived at Park View for 6 months. I only moved out because I moved out of state. I lived in a two bedroom apartment. My one year old loved the open and spacious floorplan. The kitchen was a little small, but big enough for me. All of the appliances are new (white not olive). There is a microwave built in above the stove. The community is very quiet and I could never hear my neighbors through the walls. The manager lives on the property and she is really nice. The best part, though, is the location of these apartments. Park View is within walking distance of Wal-mart and Sam's Club. There is a park right across the street that has a large walking trail, a playground, and ballfields. Less than 5 minutes away is the new shopping center. Everything else is convenient because the apartments are right off the interstate.

The only negative thing I can think of is that "tricked out" cars going by on the street outside of the apartments were very loud, especially at night.
