I have lived here for a little over a year. In that short time, the condition of the complex has declined. I like the location, the proximity to the interstate, the park and shopping areas and the rent price is competitive. I too miss the former on-site manager Wanda. I resent that we have to go over to the new complex, Parkside, to pay rent and to meet with the manager. The new manager, (the 2nd or 3rd since Wanda was dismissed) could be more polite and personable. It takes a while to get repairs done, but to their credit, when repairs are done, they are adequate. I haven t had any problems with roaches but I do have an ant problem. The lawn and shrubbery are fine but the dumpsters are often overflowing, lights in the common areas are often out, there is trash and cigarette butts on the grounds and the pool is filthy. Children have been allowed to swim unsupervised, resulting in damage to the facility. I cannot hear my neighbors through the walls but late at night on the weekends, the muscle cars racing down Armour Rd can be annoying. I have heard neighbors complain about visitors parking in their assigned spots. Some of the newer tenants scare me a little, but as far as I know haven t caused any problems. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
