I have lived here for over 5 years.

Yes it was so much better when Wanda was property Manager.

But even better when Anne ran things.

They were more selective back then about who moved it.

I hate that I have to drive to the new apartments to pay rent but what can you do.

The older lady that works in the office now is very nice.....at least to me.

Repairs are slow to get done though.

But are done very well.

I am just now having problems with neighbors being to loud, drinking and acting stupid.

But soon as I reported it things have became more quite.

These are very nice apartments and have some of the best prices on the north side.

Things could be better but anyone can say that about where they live.

Overall I like it here, just wished they would change some things.
