last review is wrong ...management is the worst i have seen

last message said the management was "Jennifer & Peggy" which was never the case...i think they are talking about some other apartment...
these apartment for more than 4 year have a manager named Kit Logan and he is a person who should not be in contact with customers...lacks courtesy and is impolite to tenants....maintance is very slow and leasing office is closed most of the times so you will stay with broken things for days and weeks...
i would probably buy a house in the near future and would not recommend this to anyone.
This property will be empty if there are pleny of apartments in Columbus!

Actually, there is a Jennifer and a Peggy in the office. I've never met Kit...heard of him, though. Jennifer and Peggy are very nice.....i just don't think they're adequate. We've been here since 2006.....moved here for the quiet, the park, the library.....ect. I miss Wanda being the manager here on the property. I think it's nuts we have to drive over to the other complex for everything. It took almost 2 months (you read it right....2 months!) to get my sink and dishwasher fixed.....i thought i would have to wash dishes in the bathtub. Now they have been cracking down on the dumpster situation, and trash around the areas.........how about the tinfoil in the windows? Talk about tacky! And parking.....major sore spot for us. All these newsletters on parking where you are supposed to........how can people do that when the apt numbers/visitor spots are non existent on the curb? They've faded, rubbed off, some are there, some are not. We've told them time and again that they need to be repainted..........and we get nothing. I can't even be mad at whoever parks in my spot........you can't see the apt # at all anymore. We can't move until later......and i still love it here.......we just don't have much confidence in the office personnel.
