It was just okay, until moveout.

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I lived in Parkview until October 2008, and it was just okay. The office staff were nice and my neighbors were nice, but there was a problem with "pest control" spraying regularly and maintenance work being done as ordered. I eventually stopped calling and putting in work orders, which was not a good idea. After moving outI only got 14.00 back from my 300.00 deposit from Ray Wright. That really sucked. Anyway, glad I didn't pay anyone to clean the carpet like I was going to do. I say stay away from here, if you like things working in your apartment, and if you are not too fond of bugs.
