My sister and I lived here from 2004-2005. We were both students at Columbus State University. Peacock Woods was a lot of apartment for the money. Cable is included with rent, and we had a washer and dryer in our apartment. We loved the convenience of the Lakebottom location: it was close to CSU and the mall, but also close to downtown. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Only one downside: in the summer, the bedrooms were very hot despite running the A/C. I had a box fan that I ran constantly for some relief. But they are older apartments. Nice courtyard and great, clean pool. Tenants were all ages when I lived there.
