I lived in Peacock Woods 2, which is located directly behind Peacock Woods. When we first moved in, my roommates and I loved the place. There were four of us, two each sharing a bedroom and 575 divided by 4 was cheap living. Our cable and water were both free, a major plus. Those were the only pros. Here's the cons...We had only one parking space to share. We got stuck parking our cars in an unlit parking lot on the side of Peacock Woods. I did not like leaving my car there over night, but what else was I to do? And then, we had an attempted break-in from our back sliding glass door. Do you think they fixed the door? No, they put a brick down on the bottom of the door and said there was no way anyone could get in and would soon fix it. Two weeks later ALL of our valuable stuff was taken. So we got the hell out of there!!

I agree. My wife and I lived there for a year and it was the worst place I ever lived. Terrible parking, no windows in the living and dining area and I never saw the supposed night security. I had to explain to the manager what a water-heater was. REALLY. NOT RECOMMENDED!
