I had an emergency maintence problem one evening with my plumbing. The maintenance guy called me back drunk as a skunk about an hour (and 2nd time) after I called the #. He began telling me that it was my fault that I had a pumbing leak. He then came to my apt. three sheets to the wind and told me he was going to charge me and watch me so nothing else happened. I threatened to call the police and he left when he would not quit taunting me. If you live there, beware of him.
