I am a new resident, moved in a little over three months ago, and havn't had any serious problems. The sink leaked once or twice but the maintenance guy came over and fixed within an hour. The office staff is very friendly and the few neighbors that I have met have been very nice. It's relatively peaceful where I am. For all of the utilities that are included in the rent (water, sewage, and pest conrtol) it's one of the best deals you'll find in Columbus if money is a little tight. I guess the unruly teens that were mentioned below have left or quieted down since an off-duty police officer sits in the parking lot after about 10pm. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
