Lots of deferred maintenance, dirty and unlikely to repair facilities

This is one of the least expensive apartment complexes in North Columbus, but it's not much less than several other facilities with vastly better maintained properties. The workout room is new and clean, but the pool is crumbling and filthy - there's a perpetual black ring around the outside and it's always a mess. Inside the apartments is more of the same deferred maintenance. The cabinetry is falling apart and their promises to replace the doors have not been fulfilled 8 months later. They have yet to fix multiple plumbing issues - so it's a good thing they pay the water bill. The place STINKS to high heaven and I don't believe it was properly cleaned. The carpet needs replacing and the whole place needs an overhaul. Unfortunately, GA is behind the times as usual on rental laws and there's not much a renter can do other than move out the minute the lease is over.
