Spring Cove overall was a good place to live. Like anywhere it all depends on who is living in your building as to how much you enjoy living there. The Apartment is small, and simple in design, however very economical for the rent & untilities, grounds are kept up & is visually nice to look at. The Apts are convienient to most schools, malls, and eating establishments. My only issue was several college students lived in my building who had several weekend parties, which made coming home at night and not having anyplace to park in my on building unbearable. Also neighbors across the courtyard had 2 teenaged girls who whenever were left alone played music extremely loud that it could be heard in my building. Didnt seem like management was firm on issues such as these, but for the most part I enjoyed living there for the 2007-2008 lease year.
I read the previous response of a tenant who had children and everything she wrote was correct especially regarding repairs. The issues that caused me to not renew my lease was the inability of management to handle situations accordingly, parking and slow response on repair orders. And it is true that the maintenence man Danny had 3 or 4 other properties that he handled. So really it wasnt his fault.
